The Aeffe Mechanical Workshop places particular importance on the organisation of the production process.

To control and manage production we use dedicated MRP system (Material Requirement Planning): all our machinery is interfaced to it via a Wifi connection, through which production rates are measured, thereby transmitting the production progress element by element.

On receipt of the order, we can check processing times and schedule resources via the machine load module, optimising the production process, moving on to supplier orders and then production in just a few steps.

Users can check the real-time progress of their orders through the customer area, element by element. For example, they can verify the stage of production of an individual piece, machining or treatment.

Our technical office is equipped with dedicated software, for example CAD-CAM (4-5 axis turning and milling), remotely managing the programmes for the machine tools.

For quality control we have an air-conditioned measuring room: through an automatic three-dimensional machine we can check and release a test certificate when requested.

Over the years market requirements have led the company to provide not just specific machined parts, but units, parts of systems or complete machines; for this reason we have created a special dedicated assembly area.
